Do you feel like you’re always on edge, caught in a loop of stress and anxiety? Living in a state of constant fight, flight, or freeze can leave you feeling as though you’re bracing—both emotionally and physically. When your body holds onto trauma, it can manifest in ways that disrupt your life, making it hard to feel at ease or be present.


Being in this chronic state of survival mode can create a range of physical and emotional challenges which include:

  • Chronic Tension & Pain: Muscles tight and locked up, headaches that won’t go away, and a sense of heaviness in your body.

  • Constant Fatigue: Even after resting, you may feel drained, as if your body never fully powers down.

  • Digestive Issues: Stomach aches, bloating, or digestive discomfort, all symptoms of a nervous system stuck in overdrive.

  • Anxiety & Restlessness: That constant feeling of being “on alert,” unable to relax, your mind racing even when you’re supposed to be resting.

  • Disconnection from Self: Numbness or dissociation from your body and emotions, feeling like you’re going through the motions but not really living.

  • Trouble Sleeping: Difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep, waking up feeling unrested, or tossing and turning with tension.

While in person sessions are ideal, you’d be very surprised by how much somatic coaching can unwind. These healing sessions offer a way to unravel these patterns that keep you trapped in the stress response. Something you may have heard us say before "you can't heal if you don't feel".

By tuning into your body with mindful, compassionate curiosity, and having a witness, you can begin to release the tension that your body has been holding sometimes for years! In these coaching sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Soften and release the deep muscle tension and patterns of holding that keep you in discomfort.

  • Gently guide your body out of survival mode and back into a state of balance - rest, and digest mode. 

  • Rebuild the connection with your body’s sensations and emotions, allowing you to feel more grounded and present.

  • Transition from the high-alert state of fight/flight/freeze into a relaxed state where your nervous system can reset and heal. 

  • Work through the layers of trauma your body has stored, releasing its impact on your daily life.

  • Feel more resourced and connected to yourself and others and have an overall sense of how to love yourself more. 

 

Imagine feeling lighter, more at ease, and deeply connected to yourself again. These healing sessions are designed to help you feel more resourced and grounded and create a safe space for you to unwind, heal, and transform, all in the comfort of your home. Note: These sessions are for folks wanting to dive into what their body is storing, however it is not a psychotherapy session — We do not dive into childhood trauma or do EMDR. These are more focused on resourcing and creating internal safety, witnessing, and developing more care for ourselves through somatic healing and mindful awareness practices.
